Mobile Fuel Cube Tank With Pump

Nov 22, 2024 0

1. Structure and components
The main body of the fuel tank (Cube Tank)
The shape is usually a cube, and this shape design allows it to use space more efficiently during placement and transportation. For example, in the cargo box of some small trucks or engineering vehicles, it can be easily stacked or fixed.
The fuel tank is generally made of metal (such as steel, aluminum alloy) or high-strength plastic. Metal fuel tanks have high strength and can withstand greater pressure and external force impact. They are suitable for some occasions with high safety requirements, such as transporting flammable and explosive gasoline and diesel. Plastic fuel tanks are relatively light and have good corrosion resistance. They are suitable for storing some special fuels, such as biodiesel.
Oil pump (Pump)
The function is to extract fuel from the fuel tank and deliver it to the required equipment. There are many types of oil pumps, the most common ones are manual oil pumps and electric oil pumps.
The manual oil pump generates suction and pressure through a manual operation handle to deliver the fuel. Its advantages are simple structure, low cost, no external power supply, and can still be used in some remote areas without power supply or in emergency situations. For example, when refueling a small generator in the wild, if there is no power supply, a manual oil pump can play a role.
The electric oil pump is driven by a motor and can deliver fuel more quickly and efficiently. It can adjust the flow and pressure as needed, and some electric oil pumps are also equipped with intelligent control systems, such as automatic stop function. When the fuel reaches the set liquid level or flow, the oil pump will automatically stop working to prevent fuel overflow.
2. Application scenarios
Transportation field
In terms of automobile repair and maintenance, this mobile fuel tank with an oil pump can be used as a portable refueling device. For example, when a car runs out of fuel halfway, if there is no gas station nearby, maintenance personnel can use this mobile fuel tank to add enough fuel to the car so that the car can drive to the nearest gas station.
For some large transport fleets, this mobile fuel tank can be used as a backup refueling equipment. When the queue time at the gas station is too long or the gas station is inconveniently distributed, the vehicle can be refueled in time to improve transportation efficiency.
Industrial and agricultural fields
In industrial production, some small fuel-powered equipment, such as generators, forklifts, etc., can be easily refueled using this mobile fuel tank. Especially when the factory layout is complex and fixed refueling facilities are difficult to cover all equipment, mobile fuel tanks can flexibly provide fuel for equipment.
In agriculture, agricultural machinery such as tractors and harvesters may be far away from gas stations when working in the field. Mobile fuel tanks can move with the machinery in the field to ensure that the machinery can continue to work and will not be interrupted due to insufficient fuel.
III. Safety precautions
Fire and explosion prevention
Since the fuel tank stores flammable liquids, it should be kept away from open flames, high temperature environments and static electricity sources. During the refueling process, ensure that there is no smoking or other behaviors that may cause fire sources around. For example, in the no-smoking areas specified in the gas station, the use of this mobile fuel tank should also be kept free of fire sources.
Prevent leakage
Check the sealing of the fuel tank and the oil pump regularly to ensure that there is no fuel leakage. If a leak is found, stop using it immediately and take appropriate measures, such as replacing the seal. Leaking fuel will not only cause waste, but also pollute the environment and increase the risk of fire and explosion.
