Double Wall Diesel Gasoline Fuel Cube Tank

Mar 20, 2025

Structural design
Double-layer structure: It consists of an inner tank and an outer tank with a gap in the middle. For example, the inner tank of the SF double-layer tank is made of 6-32mm thick Q235-B steel plate, and the outer tank is made of tempered glass fiber with a thickness of more than 4.0mm.
Compact cubic shape: It is in the shape of a cube, takes up little space, and can provide flexible storage and distribution solutions, which is easy to transport, install and place in different places.
Functional features
High safety performance: The double-layer structure and high-quality materials enhance the strength, compression and shock resistance. The FRP material of the outer tank does not corrode with gasoline, diesel, etc., and has flame retardant and insulator properties. Vacuuming the gap can control leakage.
Strong economical and practical: The service life is at least 30 years, which is 5-10 times that of ordinary oil tanks. Easy installation and shortened construction period. The remote monitoring system facilitates detection and maintenance and saves costs.
Applicable scenarios
Industrial field: Factories, mines, etc. are used to store diesel, gasoline and other fuels required for equipment operation to ensure continuous production.
Commercial sector: such as logistics centers, gas stations, etc., can be used to store and distribute fuel to meet vehicle refueling needs.
Construction sites: provide fuel storage for construction machinery such as excavators and cranes to ensure construction progress.
Agricultural sector: farms are used to store diesel and other fuels used by agricultural machinery to facilitate agricultural production operations.
Related standards
UL-142 standard: In the United States, double-layer fuel tanks must meet the UL-142 standard to ensure that safety and quality requirements are met in design, manufacturing and performance.
ULC-S601 standard: Canada's relevant standard specifies the design, construction, installation and testing requirements for double-layer fuel tanks. Products that meet this standard can be used in the Canadian market.
